About

Posey v. Bushnell (2024) is a legal case in North Idaho.  This case spawned two responses.

The first, The Lord Sets Apart, is intended to help with the matter of setting apart of men to God— that is, to be holy.  This is regarded by the defendant, Bushnell, to be the issue at the center of that case.  Summer took a stand against the content of a drag show in a public park in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

The second, The Lord Redeems, is to help with the matter of lawfare, where people who are fighting the good fight at times need help with being redeemed from punitive legal costs and judgments sometimes so excessive that they arguably cross over from matters of justice to political persecution.  That being said, the redemption of the Lord extends beyond lawfare, and therefore so does this.

Each of these responses consists of funds which were created first to help with this specific case, but with foresight they were also founded from the beginning with the intention of also helping others later in similar trials— to whatever extent God may so enable.  This is in his hands.

We hope that you will prayerfully consider making a donation to our work, and keeping us in your prayers.
